I don’t know about you but I think everything is better in mini form! They are just so stinkin’ cute and I just get so much joy out of things in mini form! One of my favorite mini things is banana bread! As we know, banana bread was the ultimate mascot of the quarantine of 2020 so it was time to get a little creative with it!
In the back of our pantry, I came across a MINI BREAD TIN and ever since then, my life has been changed! This has been my go-to baking tin and I’m just obsessed with it!
The best part about these loaves is that they were SO easy! I used my favorite banana bread mix, GoNanas, and topped them with my favorite chocolate, JOJO’s peanut butter delight! Now let me tell you a little about WHY I love these two brands!
GoNanas is a women-owned vegan, gluten-free and top allergen-free banana bread mix! They use wholesome and simple ingredients in their mix and they are PACKED with nutrients! All you have to do is add a few other ingredient to the mix and BAM you have perfect banana bread! If you want in on this fabulous mix, I have a discount code that will send you some money! At checkout, use code “ERINSGOINGNANAS” for a sweet deal!
I could go on and on about why I love JOJO’s chocolate but i’ll keep it short and sweet for you guys! They use PREMIUM dark chocolate, high-quality protein for their products and they are low or no-sugar with a taste that will rock your world! The peanut butter delight is my all-time favorite flavor because the chocolate is STUFFED with peanut buttery goodness and topped with a sprinkling of peanuts! It is the perfect sweet and salty combo that I LOVE! I also have a discount code for JOJO’s as well! Use code “BODYBYBREAKFAST10” at checkout to save some $$!
